Finally i can do side steps without having to wear the band low on my legs, putting pressure on my knees (im old) or wear it high but having it slide down my legs (not a fan of tripping)
Its comfortable, stays wide enough so it doesn’t put too much pressure on one spot, and stays put.

Not as much resistance as the other ones, but it’s still very useful

Too tight
I thought it would be loose enough to use around ankles for squat warm-ups
