Overall, I love the laces. Unfortunately, it took me several readings to understand the product before I ordered them. I purchased one set and put them in a pair of shoes. I then purchased about $100 worth. I have arthritis and as I have aged, it has become difficult to tie my shoes. Consequently, I have been on a mission to find elastic laces allowing me to avoid tying. Your laces work well. My wife describes me as a "shoe nut" because I have about 20 active pairs, including my golf shoes. Having spent my life in the retail marketing and consulting business, I suggest you do a better job with your packaging and the way you promote your product. Your pitch does not explain your product's features well. It's confusing. I also found it very difficult to lace your laces through the eyelets. Especially for new shoes. I needed a pair of needle nose pliers. The fact that your lace ends are hidden is a great feature. No knots, no "hanging chad", no obstructions. The result is a clean, neat shoe. Wish you the very best and success. Bottom line, when understood and placed properly in the show, its the best of its kind on the market. Thanks for asking.

They are great looking and certainly make my sneakers easy to slip on and off. My only complaint is that they turn my leather sneakers into "squeakers". The aglet rubs against the leather and makes them very squeaky. I still love them!
