I have only just received my goodies from Native Oz Bushfoods (great service btw) but I have already tried the lemon pepper salt on salmon and it worked perfectly. Skin was crispy and flavour was excellent.

Easy lemon pepper tofu

Coat slices of tofu in equal parts cornflour and lemon pepper anf shallow fry until golden and crispy. A favourite in our house now! Yum!
