Good product, bad customer service

For one, I think it's sketchy and weird the way onward is bundled in with the order in a sneaky way where I didn't know it was happening until after I placed the order. Yes, they did give clear instructions on how to remove it, but I should not have to do that after the fact. You should clearly explain what I'm buying and let me decide-aka informed consent. Second, the shipping information was sparse and I was never told that my order would be coming in 2 separate shipments and I was given no tracking info for the second shipment, so I thought my order was incomplete and I tried to contact customer service. Apparently you can only do that via email, and it's been several weeks since I did that and never heard from anyone. I did end up receiving the rest of my order in the second shipment, but now I know that if I have problems in the future, I should not expect any sort of customer service on that. All that said, the vitamins seem good, can't say I've developed super powers but they smell good and aren't horse pills so, yay on that. I also like the company's initiatives to help animals and that they are a B corp. In summary, I'd consider this a buy at your own risk purchase since you will not receive clear info about your purchase, may be charged strange fees for services you don't want and still don't know what they do, and won't be able to reach a person if anything goes wrong.
