I ordered a WitEden 4x4x2 for a Christmas present and received a 3x3x2 by mistake. I emailed customer support and after 2 emails the correct cube was sent to me for no extra charge. I even got my replacement cube within a week of me reporting that I received the wrong cube! The customer service was extremely professional and courteous.
