Fantastic wristbands. Stretchy and are so comfortable to wear. The circumference of my wrist is 15 cm (6 inch) and purchased size SMALL - snug but not restrictive. If your silicone bands make your wrist sweat, these fabric ones can absorb the sweat and then be hand-washed (I make sure to dry off the metal attachments immediately after rinsing). Just ordered the navy blue to add to my collection!
