The watch band is nicely made however it is way too large. The fact that you do not readily offer a exchange / refund for items that do not fit is disappointing. In today's world a consumer has many options to purchase & purchasing a quality product from a quality company it paramount. It is unfortunate I am not able to recommend your company because of your lack of customer service.
