Terrible purchase. The steamer conveniently stopped working right after the return window closed. They finally replaced it under warranty and still have an intermittent issue with the new machine turning on. I have to play games and try 10 different outlets in multiple different rooms to try to get this thing to work. Most times it doesn’t turn on with any outlet and I waste my time trying to set up to steam my face. I am so disappointed I wasted all this money. The pore vacuum was not powerful to begin with and it has seemingly decreased in suction everytime I use it, fully charged.
