Mediflow Water Pillow - Elite Down Alternative

The pillow was uncomfortable for me and didn't help my neck pain. I tried medium-firm and soft. Customer service was nice and efficient, but returning the pillow is a lot of work. I had to request a return and wait for someone to respond. I have to print the 30-day guarantee form and fill it out (inconvenient for someone without a printer), and I didn't receive a shipping label. Also, after going through all this work for a refund, I won't even get a full refund. I'm only going to get a refund for the pillow. This doesn't include the $25 pillow cover protector because it's non-refundable. In my past experiences with other companies, I filled out a request form online and recieved a shipping label immediately, didn't have to fill out an extra form, and I got a full refund for the pillow and cover. Overall, this is a hassle and not worth the purchase.
