I have had this pillow for about six years. I got the second one with the softer fiber and I love it too. It makes a difference with my neck and holding it in place. I was having headaches and this really makes the difference. I tried so many kinds of neck pillows until this one did the trick!

Hadn't had a full nights sleep in a long time.....

I bought two, one for me and one for my husband. Filled mine with 3 pints and his with 2. I liked both. He did not like it at all. He still likes his head higher. As for me, I had the best night sleep I've ever had. No neck pain in the morning and didn't wake up numerous times throughout the night. Filling it up was easy enough - I did find using a watering can was easier than the measuring cup. I sleep on my side and on my back. Sometimes I don't feel a difference between this and a regular pillow, then I shift and realize I don't need to plump or fold the pillow. I really like this pillow. I sleep on my side and on my back. Both ways are comfortable. I've even turned on my stomach it it was not so bad if I stayed to the edge of the pillow. I'd recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a full nights sleep.
