I have used this product for quite a while, but it's very difficult to find. My hair salon can't get it, the local beauty supply store can't get it, and when they do it's much pricier than from Beauty Image. Beauty image also carries the mousse that I use, and again at a much lower price. Overall experience has been positive, I was kept informed thru the whole process from placing my order to delivery.
