Looks good performs badly.
The velcro is of a very poor/weak variety. Too easy for the watch to fall off.

Love it.
Bought this for my IWC which came with a formal crocodile strap which is nice but not suitable for everyday wear. This velcro strap is much more comfortable, stylish and was really easy to fit.

Surprisingly average - too stiff!
Suffice to say, I'm disappointed in this purchase. The other watch strap I bought from this site (for a sports watch, the "Sports Loop" model with 'hook and loop' fastener) is absolutely superb. It's comfy, it's well-made, it seems to be ageing appropriately. This Military Velcro one is a nightmare in comparison. I waited a while after installing it to post a review because I thought it would settle down, but it hasn't. So here we are. The strap's issues are in both design and quality. Firstly, it's simply too stiff. I have small wrists and therefore ordered a small size. I've worn it for a while now and there are two main problems that arise from the stiffness: 1. It doesn't seem to want to bend anywhere other than one particular spot, which is a little too tight for me. 2. The tip of the velcro strap WILL NOT STAY DOWN. It always sticks up, and catches on clothes or whatever you're trying to do. It sticks to everything better than itself. I'm 90% sure it's driven by the stiffness, not the velcro itself. I commute to work on a motorcycle and the wrist movements mean it's constantly catching on a cuff of a glove or jacket. This can be either a bit annoying, a bit dangerous (as your movement gets affected), or potentially costly as the strap works itself undone. This issue alone is a dealbreaker. Secondly, the quality / fit and finish is subpar. The stitching is mostly OK, if a bit homely. The two main problems with the quality are: 1. Finishing around the lugs - refer photo. It's pretty rough. I know it faces inside, but it's just asking to fray. 2. Early wear on the material. I've put around a month of wear on this, just going to and from the office basically. No bushbashing or manual labour. The fabric is already looking pretty rough in a few places. Can't imagine it would look too great (or last) beyond a year.
