Terrific service provided after i purchased the incorrect size, all the size details are on the site and yet i still ordered incorrectly. No issues with returning the product and i wasn't made a fool. All sorted and great service

Too big

The quality of the band and the material all seems great, however the length is too long and unadjustable. I purchased this for my husband, and he has complained that he is unable to make the band short enough to comfortably fit his wrist as the Velcro piece is too short.

Not as nice as expected

Nylon strap is quite firm and unforgiving. Hopefully it will soften with time, however currently it’s very stiff, doesn’t sit comfortably on the wrist with an Apple Watch and the velcro strap sticks out at the edge, catching on jackets, shirts and often coming partially (sometimes fully) undone. Pins are ok in this, but the other one I purchased is loose and has come off several times.
