Wide enough to cover and hold in place.

It was very scratchy on my chin and it really did not solve the problrm. My lips still open a bit. I took it off because it was uncomfortable.

This has been a Game Changer

I previously used a full face mask, which started to irritate my nose bridge. I used the mask because I was a mouth breather in my sleep which caused sleep interruptions. I switched to a nasal mask and this chin strap. Now my scores are excellent and my "events" per hour are less than 1.
