I was introduced to vaja case by my own customer and I am now very happy to have one in my hands. I have been manipulating it for several days now, and I am still impressed by the premium feeling in my hand compared to several other leather cases I have tested.

Damaged Packaging

The item arrived with the packaging damaged. With it travelling so far to the uk you would have thought Vaja would have put it in a more protective packet rather than just a plastic bag. It’s a gift and the nice box you get the case in is a nice touch if it’s not flattened by the couriers. Previous cases I have bought have been far better packaged. Only option proposed by Vaja customer service is to pay €21 for a new box, or buy another case and they’ll put a spare box in with it! I’ve bought 4-5 cases off Vaja over the years, and although technically it’s only a presentation box which will only be used once, customer service is very important to me so I maybe I’ll shop around for my next case instead of going straight to Vaja.
