I love it. It gives me the extra energy I need to finish my jogging.

This is a great prework at a really good price point! Love how it does not have a bunch of added unnecessary garbage in it. I does not make me jittery or crash. It gives me just the right amount of energy for my workout, whether it is a bootcamp cardio session or a heavy lifting session. The taste is pretty good too!

Tastes great and doesn't make you feel like you're too amped up like a lot of other pre workouts do. I recommend it to all my friends!
