All the guides are software only! It says it's compatible with the Pi Zero 2 W but it just comes with some mysterious shim, and no guide on how to assemble this. I tried assembling it multiple ways, but the PCB is loose and shakes around. Why is there no guide for this?

Nicely run shop. Looking to buy more from them. I love it when small businesses operate with the same or better operational execution as a long extablished large comlany.
