Wanted the horn-back caiman in size 13d. I usually have to custom order my size so I wasn't shocked when they told me they were completely out of stock. So I went ahead and placed a custom order and was informed that it would take about 6 months to get which was completely fine. A few days later I got a text message informing me that they couldn't even custom order the boots I wanted because they were "out of supplies." I was obviously disappointed and had to settle for a color and style that I did not want and would have never chosen if I had other options. Yes, I could have took my business elsewhere but I love Lucchese Boots. While the boots I purchased are well made and just as comfortable as the ones I wanted to buy, I'm still very disappointed that due to my size I can't even custom order the boots that I want even if it takes 6 months or longer to get!!

Great ostrich leather belt? Exact match with boots and I get compliments when I wear them, people look. I highly recommend this belt and the boots are awesome too. Lucchese is my favorite boot maker and style council and their quality is better than anyone else

Normally a 34. This belt was still too small. We will see when the next size up shows
