A Great Product - And Great Service!

This is a well-designed and fabricated set of exhaust pipes that fit perfectly and were easy to install on my 2023 Triumph Scrambler 900. The pipes that I received did not have the welded-on tangs that were part of the original system for securing the forward heat shield. Instead, these tangs were shipped with the pipes and meant to be secured to the pipes with clamps (also included). I decided against re-installing the forward heat shield, so did not need these tangs; however, it appears as though the heat shield could be re-installed in this fashion. Frankly, I like the look of the Scrambler without that heat shield, though I did wrap the pipe to lessen the chance and severity of being burned accidentally. I have not made any modifications to the ECU, nor have I done anything other than to allow the motorbike's own adaptive ability to make whatever adjustments were necessary. After a few hundred miles of operation, the Scrambler had regained a perfectly-smooth idle - and a noticeably improved throttle than before the H-pipe modification was made. I must add, too, that I was greatly impressed by the customer service from British Customs, and I will gladly order from them again if I need any of the products they offer. I was surprised that the pipes did not have the welded-on tangs, as that is how they are shown on the company's product page, so wrote and asked about this. In reply, I received a phone call from a very helpful person who offered me the opportunity to speak with a man in the production department. He explained that most buyers preferred not to install that front heat shield and disliked the look of the pipes with the welded-on tangs, so he had stopped welded them on.
