Delano MC4 FE/M2 4 String Music Man® Bass Pickup

Super versatile, super powerful

I purchased this for a short scale Sterling and it will stay in there, however I think it would be better suited to a 34" scale to get the most from it. I wired it Series/Single/Parallel. It is silent in all 3 modes, no buzz or hum. When it really shone in my bass was when I added the Delano pre-amp. Now, it is great and so versatile. The tone is super full in series mode, the single sounds great but totally different and parallel sounds like a Stingray. Very happy!!

The central place for all things bass, Max is super helpful. This particular pickup brought life to my bass. The rest of the band and our sound guys say it sounds so much better - that it cuts through the mix better while being able to lower its overall volume in the mix. Punchy and present!
