I ordered a cribbage board as a gift, and worked with Geoff to add a special custom monogram to it. He made and sent the piece within a few days of my order Unfortunately that piece was stolen from my mailbox. He and Valerie not only made a replacement in very short order, they Mabe it very easy and were supportive and kind. Their combination of old school ethics and tech-savvy commerce is impressive.
