Bikes fall very easily

I was very excited to find an inexpensive and easy solution for hanging our bikes. However, after purchasing the correct size for our mountain bikes, it quickly became clear that if you accidentally bump one of the bikes as you are retrieving your bike, it easily falls off the wall. I would return the racks, but unfortunately already threw away the packaging. This solution may work very well in a very spread out storage area , button will not work well if you have multiple bikes that will need to be close together. As we all know, handlebars often have a tendency to catch on things when we are moving the bikes. You just don’t want that to cause another bike to come crashing down to the ground.

Doesn’t really fit

I bought this for my mtn bike. The description says it’s for tire starting at 2.3. I have 2.3 tires but it fits in there way too loose. So I don’t trust it for my 9k bike.

Never received the item!

Never received the item, but was charged for it. Emailed their Customer Service multiple time, no answer.
