A new type of oil

After attending a grower meeting where the owner of this company was a guest speaker I purchased two separate boxes of oil. One was the two pack with an almond and a walnut oil. The other was garlic almond oil two pack. I shared these with my neighbors to get their opinion on the flavor. I enjoyed the flavor, and so did my neighbors. I plan to purchase more for Christmas.

excellent oils

I tried both the almond and walnut oils where I would usually use a very nice EVOO, drizzled on salad greens, roasted vegetables, salmon fillets, toasted sourdough slices, in hummus, The almond oil was excellent with everything. The walnut oil excelled at dressing my salad greens, taking my salad over the top and leaving me wanting more.
