I'm a convert!
This tea literally took me back to 25 years ago when I lived in Japan. It is the perfect blend of deep jade lusciousness like in gyokuro and has almost a subtle roasted or nutty flavor to my palate. I am obsessed with this tea!

Just getting into green teas ...
So far, I have experienced this Japanese green and another, Gyokuro. Definitely follow the included steeping instructions "to a T" (ha!) -- in fact, I invested in a digital temperature-controlled electric kettle to the purpose (135° F for this one, the Kabusecha) -- and you will be able to savor that elusive perfect cuppa!
