Game Changer

I’ve had a hard time sleeping my whole adult life. I’ve always taken magnesium, but the sleep help supplement and melatonin have been great additions. Two forms of melatonin, one quick and one extended release tend to keep me down for longer than I’m used to. This poor sleep still comes from being out of balance, so that’s what I’m working on now, but I’ll take this product as long as I need to.

My husband only started less than a week ago, but he felt the other night that it made him anxious?! We took a night off and we will see tonight.
