Floral Edition

There was no communication. I never got a shipping email with tracking information at all. I had to reach out to customer service, who responded in a timely manner, to even know that my order had shipped.

Missing components, support not responding

Title says it all. There are missing pieces and no matter how I try to get in contact with the support team, no-one responds.

I enjoyed it

The canvas was clearly marked easy to read came out very nice the one thing I would say is the plastic tweezers are kind of useless I would recommend a better pair
