Custom Diamond Painting Kit

I love how my custom came out but I dislike that it doesn’t come with a sticker sheet. Instead it came like a strip from the side guide with no image or anything to add to my log book. For the amount that I paid for this custom, I would have thought that I would have gotten better quality. The cart color is off and I only got 1 special drill color out of 46 colors. I’m very disappointed in what I got.

I ordered a custom memorial portrait and the rendering was poorly done, especially the skin tones. I contacted the company, explained the issue, and gave them the opportunity to make it right. Instead, communication stopped after I requested a refund. I ended up having to buy replacement drills and correct the portrait myself. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend ordering a custom portrait from this company.

The colours do not match the photograph submitted for a custom canvas. Customer service was no help.
