Lavish High Waist Scrunch Biker Short

I ordered on October 13th, 2025 it’s now November 20th, I have reached out via email and phone and have not received any answer back on when my package should arrive. I used the support email where it’s stated that you would be contacted in 48 hours it’s been 2 and half weeks. This is by far the most grotesque situation I have encountered when ordering on line. I had such high expectations for my order and this delivery because of instagram but I realize that not everyone’s experience will be the same. How can I rate an item I never received, but I can rate the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism I’ve experienced even though I went through all the proper channels to reach customer service..

The scrunch back is not high waist and keeps sliding off the waist.

Love the look and feel of these shorts. Definitely recommend!
