Blackout Skates

Great for the price

I got these strictly for coaching. I’m on the ice 3-4 times a week coaching and 2-3 times playing rec league, so I wanted to have a comfortable pair of skates that I leave in my coaching bag and not wear out my other skates as quickly. I don’t know if I would feel great wearing these in a game, but they would be a good option for someone learning to play, or lower skill levels. They are pretty soft and need to be tied extra tight to feel secure. I don’t think you’ll find a better skate for this price point. The only things I wish these had were a more supportive insole, half size options, and the ability to remove the steel.
