Black Steel DLC Hockey Skate Blades – Replacement Pair

Everything was great but the sharpening was not. Had to get the resharpened at Hockey services in Kalamazoo. They didn't bite like mine normally do. Other than that, they are great!

Skated these for the first time on 09/24/25, and wow - total game changer. From the moment the first blade touched the ice, I could tell the difference from my old steel; it honestly felt like night and day. The response was way snappier, every stride felt cleaner, and my knees actually felt better throughout the whole skate. Speed came easier, edge work felt smoother, and agility moves had a lot more flow. These are profiled blades, and you can feel that extra control right away. By the end of the session, I was still noticing how much more dialed in everything felt. And to top it off, they look flat-out sexy on the skates. Definitely not going back to the old setup.

Goalie here — I had never played with profiled blades before and I’ll never play without them again. The quality of the blades are top shelf. These Bladetech blades hold an edge and haven’t nicked or dinged against the post.
