What an amazing looking book, it’s been given the Queen Treatment

I was on the fence about this book, not because of the Suntup edition or the personal touches, no, it’s the heavy storyline. But you know, I will read it, and enjoy every typeset line.

Beautifully conceived, brilliantly produced, superb example of the bookbinder's art.

I like everything about this book.

This is one of my favourite novels, and I like everything about this particular edition - the illustrations, the printing, the binding, and especially the slipcase. It's a little bit 'loose' - just enough so that a mylar Brodart protector on the dustjacket doesn't make the fit so tight that the book is difficult to remove or replace.
