I knew the moment I saw the BC cedar planters that they would be the perfect choice for our home. Everything went exactly as Cedar Planters explained. Honestlly, from a customer service point of view I give them 10 stars I did'nt have to do anything just sit back after placing order and wait to be informed by the company what was happening with the process. Everything was delivered on time, packaging was superb. products were exactly as ordered. Assembly after the first planter was easy. The planters are beautiful and will last probably beyond my expectations. They look amazing in my home environment. I am very happy with the products & customer service, top notch in my opinion.
