Absolutely love Pursuit Farms! Have it on auto order and keep trying different cooking methods. This last order I cooked on a salt block and my guest were all amazed and said it was the best meat they have ever had.

The Wagyu Zabuton is truly THE best piece of meat you will ever consume. It is perfectly marbled and has AMAZING flavor. Pursuit Farms is all my family will eat now. My 2 and 3 year old think this is what all beef tastes like lol (if they only knew) but it is worth it since they gobble it up every time AND ask for more! It is perfection!
