Excellent Service

The original order was lost by the USPS but Matt kindly sent a replacement by FEDEX, which arrived remarkably quickly. We are leaving for a 2+ month tour in Europe and with Matt's help, the spokes arrived before our departure. I appreciate the excellent service!

As described -

The spokes are good and I appreciate that they sell them in useful kits like this but the price and shipping does feel out of line. I guess I had an expectation that some number of spokes would be included with the wheels I purchased. To be charged a premium for extra spokes feels a little bad.
