Titan Rope Chain

I ordered a 22 inch gold chain and they sent me a 16 inch gold chain. Instead of sending out the correct chain immediately they they’re telling me that I have to wait until they receive back the 16 inch chain. For my inconvenience they offered me a $40 credit. At first I was OK with this because I didn’t want to be a father but they never apologized and when I told him I was concerned about getting the chain that I ordered in time for my anniversary with my husband. I never received a response back. I have communicated further and said please if you’re going to give me a $40 credit let me use it on the existing order and also please send the chain that I ordered out now. I’ve already mailed back the other chain. All they have to do is look at the tracking information to verify that is in the mail instead of hearing back from them. I got an email giving me a $70 credit. I would like a response about this.
