Firmstrong Siren Lady 3 Speed Beach Cruiser Bicycle

Love my new bicycle!

My husband bought the Firmstrong Siren 3 speed beach cruiser for me for my birthday. I love it! It arrived with no damage and partially put together. He put the rest of it together in a couple hours. It sat in the garage while we were gone a week and upon our return, the rear tire was flat. Customer service was fantastic. They sent a replacement inner tube. Seems to be good now. I am all set for cruising. Thank you, Honey and Firmstrong.

Good Bike but Customer Support Issues

Bike was delivered with both rear fender supports damaged (bent). Reported to Customer Service, filled out their forms and provided pictures. About 2 weeks later received package from them but it contained only one new support. Reported to Customer Service, said they would send the second. Waited 2 weeks but received nothing. Contacted Customer Service to get tracking number and they sent me the tracking number for the first support, second support never sent. Contacted Customer Service again to get corrected. Package with second support arrived about 2 weeks later. So it took 6 weeks from delivery to get the bike fully operational. Not what I was hoping for. Bike itself is good once we were able to use it.

Love the bike. Very comfortable to ride. I would recommend putting top of the line inner tubes in the tires. Gets flats too easily.
