This was my 3rd Zadro 10x mirror over the last 20-30 years. I had recommended to my brother-in-law to purchase my sister one for this last Christmas. About 2 months ago, mine stopped working. I tried contacting Bed Bath Beyond where I bought it. No response, but when I found my product information, I contacted you. I now have a new mirror. Thank you so much.
