FIRST - I absolutely love the hat. Its pure quality of material puts it well and above the hats only available through online retailers. However, for only a single reason, it only meets 70% of my expectations... its size. Like most men, I own several ball caps, and with virtually every other cap I adjust my hat size to 3-snaps. However... with this cap, I can only comfortably fit 2-snaps on the adjustable strap. The problem is that 2-snaps are not quite enough to consistently secure the latching mechanism without coming undone from time to time. Mine is not a huge melon. For a flat-bill I am 7 5/8 so the cap can comfortably sit low on my brow without sliding back up; while for a curved bill(depending on the manufacturer),I am a 7 3/8 - 7 1/2, with the hat sitting on my head comfortably snug (not tight). In short... I wish the manufacturer would adjust their mechanical specs to allow for stitching the adjustment strap just a little bit more to allow for 3-snaps on the back for me to wear as a proper flat bill.
