Ordered Bobby Jones pants for the first time

It was a comedy of errors. First they sent me a size 38/36 of a flat front khaki pant when I had ordered 38/32. So, I had to send them back. They sent a replacement pair and they were also 38/36; it was hard to believe. So, I complained again and this third time they sent me 38/32 but it was a 5-pocket; not the flat front which I had originally ordered. This whole process was ridiculous, but the personnel on the phone were very nice and tried to help me get this straightened out. I probably will never order pants from BJ again. A have ordered shirts in the past and they have been fine.
