Nice hats, but fitment is an issue for me

I ordered the XXL size at first because that was the suggested size for my head measurements. They were way too big. I returned those for XL, and the XL is too tight. The adjustment strap can go loser, but the hat band is still tight around my head. I really like the overall style of the hats, but it gives me a headache to wear them.
