This is a great deep tissue massager…I’ve been getting shots in my knee because of bone on bone arthritis and als I have 2 small tears in my meniscus..I massage my legs and knee for about 30 minutes a day and this definitely hits the muscles really deep …. I’m 66 years old and I told my wife I feel like I can go jogging agin…I strongly recommend getting this u won’t regret it..
