A great intro and practical road map into the world of half guard

It’s been fun and educational drilling some of the techniques on the mat with my son. I’ve been able to initiate some of the basic setups in live rolling which is a confidence booster and I feel as an older 44 year old beginner this course has helped give me a boost and saved me some time and frustration on the mat in my upstart period.

I am pleased with this purchase overall. If you have used the insiders club you'll recognise atleast half of this instructional and have confidence in the closed guard element. My only downsides for this instructional is that for the price there really isn't enough content, I know it works but it feels a lot like Bernardo has gone on too many tangents about the same transitions, and camera angles aren't great either. But I'd 100% recommend atleast the half guard game, but perhaps the best way to access it would be via a month of the insiders club.
