Received almost no information during that time, and what I was told when I reached out to them was an explanation of the last few weeks when they were already months delayed. They also confirmed to me they do not display item back order status versus expressing any desire to change that.

This is my 4th pair of Thousand Fell Court sneakers and I've loved each pair. They break in easily, are very comfortable and sturdy, and are way higher quality than any other vegan sneaker I've owned.
