The cooker hood is just like in the image. The amount of noise it makes is rather small, at least compared to other cooker hoods. It's an elegant design. However, its suction power is not that great. Even in the boost option, it doesn't do a great job, specially if you are cooking with many pots or pans. For a single one, it's good enough...
