The Perfector Salicylic Acid Body Wash

This is usually one if my favorite body washes. Upon first using my most recent purchase though, i noticed something off about the scent. But I reached out to customer service and a new bottle is on its way (they also gave me the option to refund, but I love the product and am hoping the scent issue is a one-time thing). So averaging out the stars between a lackluster product experience and exceptional customer service.

I love everything. Best purchase i’ve ever did.
