Unsatisfactory products extremely dissatisfied

The 15 shade palettes I created 40 of them and 20 of those pieces I could not sell because I had to rip the sleeve off which was part of my design when I brought this to my representatives attention she refused fix it and only offered me a gift card as compensation of which I will not be using because I will be using this company anymore

The product was smaller than I expected.
