Hand-Carved Black Obsidian Plectrum

I had it for a few weeks now and just today I sadly dropped it and it broke.. I like the necklace just wish I wasn't clumsy and dropped.

I finally received my obsidian pick and the drilled hole for the necklace has big chips on the front around the hole. This is not good craftsmanship. I’m not happy with this piece, and plan on contacting their customer service about it.
