Training for my first Ultra. I’ve never had major issues with my feet, but believe in being proactive. Use it on every run over 6 miles and have had zero issues. Even is soaking wet and muddy socks. Feet don’t slip around in socks or shoes and product performs as advertised.

Indispensable Gear for Ultrarunning

I’ve never really given much thought to getting ahead of changing, but it’s not even a threat with this stuff. The biggest upside that I’ve found as a trail and ultra runner is how much better my feet feel on a wet run when I use Salty Britches. Gone are the days of the corpse foot when I pull off my shoes, my feet feel fresh even after multiple water crossings.

Love too much. Need something w less waste from packaging.
