Great choices - more maintenance

Good machine overall I moved to this model After having three Saecos in the last 15 years. I would agree with the other review that this is out of the ordinary when it comes to the mess created by all the grounds. All my other machines had a nice firm damp puck. This machine makes a huge mucky mess of all the grounds. Other than that, the wide range of choices and customizations to the settings are great

Espresso machine

It is a great machine, still getting use to the new machine. It is easy to use and makes a great espresso.

Great espresso, wastes water

I love this new machine. It makes so many different things. My husband likes Americano, I love espresso. The instruction book is long but fairly easy to understand. My friends like making their own different concoctions with it. The panel is a touch screen with so may choices. All in all I am very satisfied with the machine. My only concern is that it wastes a lot more water than my Incanto Deluxe. When it's time to clean out the pucks, they are a gooey mess instead of the nice round pucks I am used to, and the reservoir is full is water. It's kind of a mess to clean up. I am wondering if this is normal for this unit? But after everything is considered, I would but this unit. It was very affordable considering all of the things it can do without a lot of work.
