I ordered 20 roller hooks for my tomato's this year. When the box arrived I just checked one and was happy. A few days later a second package arrived with a single roller hook. I then counted the how many were in the original package and realized it was one short. They preemptively realized they missed one and sent out the package without me having to contact them. The hooks are good quality and are working great.
